Terms and Conditions

Sell your property with Pollock IAVI and gain FREE ENTRY into the draw.

Only properties sold during the period 1st APRIL 2007 to 31st MARCH 2008 will be eligible for entry.

Existing properties for sale with Pollock IAVI and sold during the stated period will be eligible for entry.

Only properties sold using Pollock IAVI as sole agents will be eligible for entry.

In event of another agent being engaged during the term of marketing this property will be inegibile for entry, regardless of which agency concludes the sale.

To be eligible for entry a completed “Terms of Agreement” must be completed, signed and returned to the Agent at time of instructions.

To confirm that a property is sold and in the case where completion has not been effected before 31st MARCH 2008 confirmation of sale from Vendors Solicitor will be required on or before THURSDAY 1st MAY 2008.

Property is defined as residential property, land, sites, farms and commercial buildings.

Principals, employees and family members of Pollock IAVI will not be eligible to enter the Draw.

The Draw will take place at POLLOCK IAVI OFFICE, 36 HIGH STREET, OMAGH BT78 1BQ on FRIDAY 2nd MAY 2008 in the presence of 2 independent persons.
